Deeper Depression.....

It is a DD day. Wanted to get out of depression mode, but bad things just came along. Got a bad news today that my colleague SH who is station in KL would be back in singapore. Sounds good huh? The bad news is, he would be posted to another department. Well, you might think that it would be a good change in environment, new challenges, better opportunities. But the bad thing is, its not out of his own decision, or rather not his will to change department!!

After a short chat from about 4pm to 5.45pm (oops, consider short mah??), I can feel that he put on the big smile :-D in a struggle. Doesn't really came from his heart. He is just trying to be positive and be happy about what is being planned for him. VY was rather angry that he didn't do anything and our head YH didn't even fight for him, not to say asking him about the decision on his move. It was a rather stupid decision by HR director I feel. Yah, he manage to fill in the vacancy in the other department, but our department need to source for the new head count to replace SH instead. Isn't it back to square one??? Pretty idiotic isn't it?? It is just so bad to kick someone like that here and there like having a soccer match. It would make the person feel that he is worthless. When nobody are into this job, he is being kick in. Now that he is comfortably settled there, they kick him into another deep hole. What the..........!!!



VY was pretty angry in him not informing our team about this since his into this project, and would be consider under our team. She initially proposed for him to be back and joined our team as our section head, since KK already took over his old position. Anyway, I guess 99% is fixed unless someone do something about it.

Hope in the future, I will not be the one who would be kick here and there. And to do that, you gotta specialize something which no others knew. Then you will be lock there forever. wahahaha. Ermm..bad thing is you will never get out of there as well. keke

Yeah! A piece of good news, I'm going on a relaxing trip soon. Woo hoo....ermm..with...don't tell you. Whahahaha
