Fire Warden

Kaoz...early morning big boss ask my boss to choose someone from my section to be the fire warden for SH, preferably a guy. That means only left me and VK loh!! So I told VY why must be our section?? I understand that there isn't much guy left, with EC leaving, SC also leaving, KH is too old to carry fire extinguisher to run around, KW and DW they don't consider as a guy. Hence, only left me and VK loh. So I came out with list of reasons for VY to make them the fire warden instead.

1) HOD is very valuable to the company, so he must be the fire warden to learn to escape route and be the first to run away, we can sacrifice.
2) HOD normally too busy to exercise, so he would be fat, slow and no stamina,hence he would need to go for the training and know the escape route at his finger tips.
3) DW is short enough not to be choke by the fume. And only when he is able to survive, he can lead all of us out to safety.
4) KW would love this duty as he can save $ on going to california gym and use the fire extinguisher as the equipment.

When VY pointed to big boss that why must be from our section, there are other guys like KW, DW and himself. And he was quick enough to say that he didn't limit the selection to guys only, its open to female as well. And immediately he send out an email to whole department asking if there are any volunteer, if not he will nominate someone.

Alamak, who the hell will volunteer for such things?? We are all singaporeans somemore!! In the end confirm still end up either VK or me loh. And true enough, I receive the lucky call from big boss.

Boss: "Any objections??"
Me: =.=" *#$%^&*(.... can I have any objection??*
Me: "No!"

Well, let's pray hard that when I am away to KL, SH will be on fire. Don't laugh, when people are retrenched and push to their wit ends, they are capable to do anything!! Just watch!!
